Justice is a seasoned development practitioner with a strong background in enterprise growth, training, and organizational support. As a certified SDF with an Advanced Diploma from The Open University, he brings both expertise and heart to leading Pronet. Passionate about uplifting the township economy, Justice is committed to driving innovation, empowering communities, and positioning Pronet as a catalyst for sustainable development. He is currently advancing his knowledge in AI through the University of Johannesburg and is a proud McKinsey Forward participant and Founder of the Year nominee.

 Executive Consultant – Research & Strategic Development

Samuel brings a wealth of experience and academic excellence to our leadership team. As Executive Consultant, he leads our NPO Sustainability and Strategic Development Initiatives, focusing on research-driven solutions and evidence-based planning. With an Honors Degree in Economics from Christ University (India) and a current PGDM in Business Analytics, Samuel offers sharp insights into business strategy, financial management, and growth modelling. His background as a Lecturer and Research Consultant enhances our ability to serve clients with precision, foresight, and innovation. 

 Head of Human Capital Wellness & Sector Sustainability

 Ncumisa is a seasoned professional in human development and NGO sector leadership. Holding a BA in Social Work from UNISA and backed by years of experience in program coordination and psychosocial support, she leads our Wellness and Sustainability portfolio, ensuring that organizational growth is matched by internal wellness, people-centered systems, and sectoral resilience. Her passion lies in building sustainable workplaces and empowering mission-driven teams through strategic HR support and sector-focused well-being models. 

Business Development Manager

Nicholas is a passionate builder of people and businesses, with a proven track record in enterprise development, training, and grassroots economic empowerment. He holds a BA in Education (FET Phase) from UNISA, and his academic grounding fuels his ability to connect knowledge with real-world solutions.

With years of hands-on experience in facilitating growth for small businesses, NGOs, and township-based entrepreneurs, Nicholas plays a pivotal role in expanding Pronet’s reach and relevance. As Business Development Manager, he leads strategic initiatives, drives client engagement, and champions sustainable, people-centered development.

Business Development Administrator  

Reamogetswe Moraka is responsible for business development unit, client engagement, and administrative coordination. Holding a Diploma in Business Management, she brings valuable expertise in organizational growth, operations, and client relations. Her role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting compliance and bookkeeping functions, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. As part of a growing team, Reamogetswe contributes to expanding the company’s impact while also developing new ways to enhance service delivery and financial sustainability.
